Do you have a customer facing shop?

Not at the moment, but we are working on it!

What are your products made out of?

We use several kinds of filament which can be cornstarch or cane sugar.

Is there a current wait time for processing orders?

Yes, once the order has been confirmed, it will be placed into a queue. That queue is currently at 5-6 weeks.

Once my order has started processing, how long does it take to complete it?

Each box is customized to your order so it can take anywhere from 5 to 39 hours. When you order we will give you an estimated time frame.

How detailed can the graphics be for my order?

We can get fairly detailed with fine lines and logos. If it is extremely extravagant there will be a potential increase in the cost.

Tuesday's of every week

Which carrier is used for shipping?

USPS and UPS

What if my order is damaged during shipment?

We will replace your item at no charge! Please send your damaged order back to our return address:

Returns are only permitted if your order was damaged during shipment. We do not accept returns for custom pieces outside of this policy.
